Dr. Vashistha is certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He studied chemistry at University of California, Berkeley. Thereafter, he went to medical school at Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic Foundation and completed fellowship in hematology/oncology at Duke University Medical Center and the Durham VA Medical Center. He has served thousands of patients, authored over 30 articles in peer-reviewed journals, enrolled patients in investigational clinical trials, and taught countless medical trainees and students. He has extensive experience in working with Indian patients through telehealth and academic initiatives.
